The Remote Network menu item provides a way to choose the type of remote network is used in the systems such as Animatics Smartmotors or the Modbus Remote Controller Protocol.

When this choice is made a display is presented showing the current Remote Network file chosen and a browse button permitting another choice.

The dialog will also be presented automatically if a choice has not been made and there is an attempt to communicate to remote resources.
